Return conditions

• The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear (stains, perfume smell, snags).
• Product appearance, labels, tags and original packaging are preserved.
• There is a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase.

⛔ The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange

• Underwear, socks and swimwear (according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172).
• Items ordered via Pre-order, as they are custom-made.
• Items sent via international delivery - returns are impossible due to customs restrictions.
• Items with visible signs of use, washing, wear, mechanical damage or foreign odors.

How to arrange a return?

1. Contact us via Telegram bot, email or by phone within 14 days of receipt.
2. Fill out a return application (the manager will provide a template).
3. Send the item via Nova Poshta (the manager will provide shipping details).
4. Provide us with the tracking number.

Refund

Funds will be returned to your bank card within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the goods at the warehouse.

* Shipping costs for returning products of proper quality are paid by the buyer. If the product is defective, shipping is paid by the store.
