Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement is an official proposal (offer) of the online store "FUSC CLOTHES" (hereinafter "Seller") to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement remotely, i.e. via the Online Store.

1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the Seller's offer by the Buyer (acceptance) is considered to be the fact of placing an order on the website.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. Products are presented on the website through photo samples that are the property of the online store.

3. Placing an order

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the online store through the "Cart" form.

3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer is obligated to provide accurate information about themselves (full name, phone, delivery address).

4. Product price and payment

4.1. Product prices are listed in Ukrainian national currency (hryvnia).

4.2. Payment is made in the following ways:

• Online payment by Visa/Mastercard card (via payment system).
• Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branch (with or without prepayment, according to store terms).

5. Product delivery

5.1. Product delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta" company.

5.2. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the moment of order confirmation.

5.3. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates, unless otherwise stated (e.g., free delivery promotion).

6. Product returns

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used and their commercial appearance has been preserved.

6.2. Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this agreement in the manner provided for by this agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for changes in product color depending on the Buyer's monitor settings.
